We deliver two letters each month, allowing the story to unfold gradually throughout the year.

When will my first letter ship?

Your first letter typically ships within 5 business days of subscribing. After that, letters follow the regular delivery schedule – on the 1st and 15th of every month.

How long does the story last?

The Ever After Stories unfold across 24 letters over 12 months, creating a year-long storytelling experience.

Are the stories personalized?

Imagination Letters for Kids are custom stories that weave the reader’s name, interests, and details directly into the adventure. All other series are personalized through the letter format and addressed directly to the recipient.

What kinds of keepsakes are included?

Select letters include story-inspired keepsakes such as pressed leaves, small artifacts, or other paper treasures that connect directly to the narrative. Each series includes approximately 8 keepsakes throughout the story.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime before your next billing cycle with no fees or penalties. If you stop early, the story simply ends where you leave off.

Where do you ship your letter subscriptions?

All subscriptions are shipped from Toronto, Canada. We deliver across Canada through Canada Post, to the United States via USPS, and to select international destinations.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t issue refunds once a payment has been processed and a letter has been shipped, since each story installment is printed and prepared especially for you. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next payment date with no penalties or hidden fees. This gives you full flexibility to enjoy the story for as long as you’d like and stop whenever you choose.

Yes! Ever After Stories ships at no charge across Canada, and postage applies for mailing to the United States, and internationally. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

What if my letter is lost in the mail?

If a letter does not arrive, simply contact us and we will happily send a replacement so the story can continue uninterrupted.

Do the letters come addressed to the reader?

Yes. Each envelope is addressed to the subscriber or gift recipient, making the experience feel like a personal letter arriving just for them.
