• If you contact us within 30 days of receiving your first set of letters, we’ll issue a full refund for your first month’s subscription.

• This guarantee applies only to the first month of your initial subscription.

• Prepaid or multi-month plans are also eligible for a refund on the first month only, with the remainder of the subscription continuing as normal.

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
